Loft Insulation Derby
Much of the heat you pay for can disappear straight through an uninsulated roof — and in Derby, with its real northern winters, that adds up fast. Insulate Now are the loft insulation specialists for Derby and region, fitting modern insulation and boarding that pays you back every winter.

Specialist Loft Insulation for Derby Homes
Every Derby loft is different, which is why we never offer a one-size-fits-all quote. We assess your roof structure, headroom, access and ventilation, then recommend whether reflective foil, mineral wool, or a combination of both will give you the best result for your budget.
Alongside insulation, our Derby customers regularly ask us for raised loft boarding to reclaim safe storage space, and for the removal of tired old fibreglass. Because we handle all of it in-house, you get a joined-up job and a single fixed price — no juggling multiple contractors.

A Little About Derby
Derby is a cradle of the Industrial Revolution, home to the world's first true factory — Lombe's Silk Mill — and later a centre of rail and aero engineering. Its broad mix of housing, from Victorian terraces to inter-war and modern estates, makes loft insulation a worthwhile investment across the city.
Why Insulate Now
Why Derby Homeowners Choose Us
When you book Insulate Now for your Derby loft, you're getting a dedicated specialist rather than a general builder fitting insulation as an afterthought. That focus shows in the details — safe treatment of downlighters, lagged pipework, clear eaves vents and a tidy finish — the things that make insulation genuinely perform.
